Was down at UVillage in Seattle and just happened to come across him doing a meet and greet at the Microsoft store!

Amazingly nice guy (of course). Played some EA UFC and he kindly let me KO him as I'm a noob.

Random facts: he's good friends with Joseph Benavidez and Rory MacDonald. Thinks the Weidman/Machida match is too close to call, but if he had to put $100 down on it, he'd go Machida (nobody's perfect). Wife and son were there too, son's name is Tyron (sounds like TIE-run).

ts has big biceps and absolutely zero triceps.

Actually just the opposite. Large triceps make the biceps look bigger. the only upper body exercise I do consistently is weighted dips and I do a lot of them.
