I would not be opposed to it. I think they should be backed by the schools. Consider this, the schools have NO RISK, but 100% rewards... who gets that deal? Ridiculous.

We wonder why the costs keep going up? Not really, this abusive system is why.

Zero interest, unable to be defaulted on with % of income just automatically "taxed" when taxable income is available. Up to 50k 8%, 50-100k 10%, > 100k 12% of all income.
