This is a poor understanding of the situation. It's well understood that there are racial disparities when it comes to income in the US.

Income is directly related to the ability to have "valid" ID, including a passport. The US is not a country that does National ID cards, so there is no subsidized way for people to get a cheap national ID card if they don't have a copy of their birth certificate, and can't afford to drive a car or get a passport.

I literally searched and it took 5 seconds to bring these up. If they want ID, they can get it.

All you have to do is look in the comments (or do your own research) to understand what the EO is actually doing. The chemicals are already being used, not just in agriculture but in many other industries as well. Right now we have to import most of them in order to meet the demand that already exists, and the EO is meant to secure the limited supply of these chemicals by having them produced domestically rather than internationally.

Its not like we have a shortage of personnel going into the military now.
