Ah yes, the classic "Jesus was an immigrant" argument that does little except prove how ignorant the person is.
If anyone tells you Jesus was a democrat, remind them that the most hated group in the New Testament were the tax collectors.
This would have weight behind it if the same people that were pissed off at Trump's new ballroom in the White House were pissed at Obama spending $100 million more than Trump on 'White House Renovations' that improved... Nothing in particular.
On the short list of 'improvements' were the air conditioning & fire alarms... For $370 million.
Meanwhile $140 billion annually is being wasted on EBT programs.
The state Capitol in Sacramento has had like a billion wasted on it if tax payer funds. Trump isn't using tax dollars, right?
"For more than half a decade, advocates of the state Capitol have sounded the alarm about the $1.1 billion Capitol annex project. This venture is a textbook example of how not to run a public works project.
All Californians will be affected by its rampant secrecy, nondisclosure agreements, massive cost overruns and the decimation of our treasured Capitol Park. Experts and appointed officials tasked with protecting the historic Capitol building have strongly argued for cost-effective, transparent alternatives that preserve the Capitol’s historic integrity and public access. But every concern was ignored."
Jesus wasn’t democrat. His morality was based on the Ten Commandments. He wasn’t Republican either though as he didn’t care for religious conservatism or hoarding wealth. If anyone tells you Jesus was a democrat, remind them that the most hated group in the New Testament were the tax collectors.
