My surgeon years ago was the best doctor I ever had. Young Indian dude that, in every meeting, took the time to explain everything. Stark contrast to the many doctors who try to make the appointment as short as possible.
I didn't even mention to him that he explained something to me a bunch of time before because a doctor being 100% transparent is incredibly rare.
Young doctors are usually better to have. They don't have a long list of clients yet so it's easier to get an appointment and, like with any job, they mind your Ps and Qs in the early years.
Now the older doctors have settled in and know the minimum amount of effort they have to put in to get by. They just have a "bro, can we speed this up, I have lunch in an hour" attitude.
