Brilliant rant.

I actually saw Jim Breuer live... against my will.
Metallica played live in Wichita KS in April 2019 and without an opening act... or so we thought.
When 7PM hit and we thought we were gonna get a 3+ hour setlist of Metallica, here comes Jim Breuer on stage to do metal-themed standup comedy and.... it didn't go too well.
Can't say he 'bombed' or 'ate dick' but only a portion of the crowd was into it.

I can say he's a good comedian, but it reminded me when I saw a metal concert in Dallas two years before and... one of the opening acts was a DJ playing metal music.
It was the least-metal thing I have ever seen at a metal concert. It wasn't the time. It wasn't what the crowd expected or paid to see. Exact same with Jim Breuer.

Anyway, I'd pay to see Jim Breuer doing one of his legitimate sets. He's a damn good comedian.
And he's far better than most at blending in politics with his crazy material.
