I am always amazed at the shot to killed ratio of city shootings

Would not have thought you have an 80% chance of surviving being shot, but that's about what it always is

Even the super nasty 4th of July weekend shootings from 2021 was over 100 shot, but "only" 18 killed. Right around that 80% survival mark.

It's because they turn their gun sideways and don't practice good sight picture techniques or proper form.

Ironically the lead singer, Hugh Dillon(you may recognize him as the Sherriff from Yellowstone) used to sell weed to Tragically Hip Vocalist Gord Downie.

I'm a big fan of there debut album "picture of health". Has a great cover of the Travelling Wilburys song "tweeter and the monkey man". But there newer stuff is really good too.
That tune was a banger! I recognized him from the Canadian SWAT show, Flashpoint. I'm not even through the first season of Yellowstone.

Leftists shocked how right wing parties are gaining steam in the West

The people doing all that shooting don't really train at it so I'm not really surprised. If it was cops soldiers and conceal and carry guys going bang bang shooty guy the numbers would probably be a lot different

That list was just off the dome. I watched Malcolm & Eddie. Didn't watch A Different World (a little bit before me).

Sister Sister
Smart Guy
That's So Raven
Steve Harvey Show (looking back it's weird to think he was probably wearing a wig back then)
The PJs
The Parkers (just listing, I didn't watch that shit)
The Proud Family

Out of all of that, Martin & Fresh Prince are the top two, without a doubt

I loved The PJs. The media hated the show, but the viewers loved it. Something about good humor always has an element of truth in it.

My daughters watched Sister Sister as well as That's So Raven.

I guess she's never learned the source of gelatin. (See: What is gelatin made of?)

"Gelatin is a protein obtained by boiling skin, tendons, ligaments, and/or bones with water. It is usually obtained from cows or pigs. Gelatin is used in shampoos, face masks, and other cosmetics; as a thickener for fruit gelatins and puddings (such as Jell-O); in candies, marshmallows, cakes, ice cream, and yogurts; on photographic film; and in vitamins as a coating and as capsules, and it is sometimes used to assist in “clearing” wines."

Generally speaking, gelatin obtained from cows is not used for human consumption. Cow gelatin is used to make glue. That's why licking the glue on an envelope tastes so bad. (Remember the threat to send a horse to the glue factory?)

Pig gelatin is what goes into foods.
