My first impression when I saw that picture of Pelosi's garage door was... 'She lives in an ulta-wealthy area of San Francisco in a mansion. Yet, her garage door looks like a $90K house in Kansas built in the 1970s.'

Most California suburbs seem like Detroits in waiting. The second people realize there's no further need for centralized industry those 2 million dollar houses are immediately 150k again or even worse.
