So, the ace of spades is quite trashy-but a legit card that states the the driver of the vehicle was detained by ice with a number and the field office address is a good thing-they are just doing it like the dicks that they are.

I don’t know why the siren is an issue, though. That’s the one thing ice is allowed to do-make stops for immigration investigations.

As I said many times, I believe they acted out of the scope of their authority with both Good and Pretti because they weren’t immigration related detainments.

They decided to stop and remove Good because she was running her mouth and that isn’t their job nor their right and while I am sure it was probably annoying-driving behind ice and honking a horn is not interfering with ice directly. Grabbing an ice agent’s arms or something while they are trying to handcuff someone is interference-not giving out the warning call. She pissed them off so they decided to try and arrest her as punishment-they can’t fucking do that.

As for Pretti-yeah, he seemed like a total dick based upon his behavior 11 days prior to being shot. He damaged government property and I would argue that they could use force on him and detain him at that point-but after taking him to the ground and getting off of him-they simply let him go. When they approached him the second time-he was exercising his first and second amendment rights and I am failing to see where that is an immigration issue.

And finally; the article cites people that claim this is racial intimidation and on that one, I would disagree. Are they not detaining these people who are here illegally? That is actually their job-their only job (well, ice has two other branches that investigate human trafficking and drug smuggling across the borders as well) and ice can’t really control who is here illegally, so I don’t get how this is racial intimidation or whatever it said. Should ice stop and go “guys, we already got 25 Hispanic illegals out of this neighborhood-I think we limited out and need to move on to a Chinese neighborhood now.” They go where the illegals are-so how is it being racist to arrest the illegals who are like 95% or whatever Hispanic?
