I know this is the meme thread but I have to ask if people think they are helping when they make statements like this. Isn't this basically saying black people can't be expected to get to school on time like everyone else? Is there something wrong with them?

It's Liberal supremacy, and seeing blacks as lesser people. I'm no Fox News supporter, outside a few over there, but this was spot on. "Blacks are too stupid to use voter ID"..
