Melendez vs Alvarez?

I hear y'all out but some fights need to be co main events to PPVs. I'd love to see TWood/Gastelum go 5 rounds, but it's a great co main event to a big headliner.

Just dont know how they would do it, every co main event be 5? Then cards would be longer, fans already complain about cards running long.

Others say every top 10 fight but that means women and flyweight nad every div, McMann/Tate 5 rounds on prelims, everyone would flip out. Cards would be dragging out even more cause they'd have to plan on 25 minutes for fights nad if it ends in a minute the next guys arent ready to go. Plus you have timing with networks, they want the cards to fill entire block of time.

Its just a mess doing it. Even if you just did co main events and a bigger name fight gets it but another fight doesnt that might be more important.

Like 183, Kelvin/Tyron gets it but what about Creepy/Lineker? thats a number 1 contender fight on prelims, thats more deserving of a 5 rounder than Tyron/Kelvin even though Kevlin/Tyron is a big fight/important fight.

You know it'll be fun.

Otherwise Thomson/Alvarez would be great.

Would prefer them both to get a win first before they meet each other. Alvarez vs Nate Diaz, Melendez vs loser Barboza/Johnson or bobby green

Give them each some confidence and then match them up for an epic 5 rounder
