Medicine ball routines

Anybody have any good ones? Preferably ones that are aimed at the torso/core area that will supplement my bjj training. I searched and checked the stickies and couldn't find any good threads.

Before anyone says anything I would like to know what made you decide you needed a medicine ball routine.
 
The five med ball exercises that I use in circuit training are, plyo pushups (one hand on ball and switch each pushup), wood choppers, overhead crunches on swiss ball, overhead throws, supermans. If you have a partner there are other good ones like, side pass, chest pass, sit-ups w/ pass-off.
