I feel if I use MRP's, I will be living off liquids instead of real food. I already take three protein shakes a day -- I've gained 30 pounds since January 24th. I feel like I'm plateauing though so I was wondering if anyone's used any MRP to gain weight?

If you are going to add an MRP to whatever your diet is now that's good.

If you are going to replace a protein shake with a MRP..that's good too (somebody confirm/deny this).

If you end up being too full from the MRP shakes and start skipping meals, that's bad. real bad.

MRP is just as the name suggests, a meal replacement. It's just more convenient than eating an actual meal. If you feel like you can handle and extra meal to your daily diet without puking, go for it. But in not way replace real food with it.
