*** 'McGregor Forever' - Netflix Documentary Discussion Mega Thread ***

Still making excuses 10 years later , funny how he was bouncing round the cage and stomping he's foot before the fight even started. No fighter finished and ended a career better than khabib when he took fraud mc tapper soul that night.

It’s ok, Costa fought with a balloon foot

Khabib had mumbs, broken toe and lost he's dad going into justin fight and still mauled him. Thats what a top fighter and true fighter does. Most fighters rarely go into fights 100 percent.

Just finished watching episode one of McGregor Forever on Netflix and I was impressed.

There’s a lot here we haven’t seen before and the production is great.

It shows you the moment McGregor dislocated his toe three weeks out of the Khabib fight. I always thought his ‘my foot was a ballon’ excuse was exactly that, but fair play to him for still going ahead with the fight.
Anyone else watched it yet? Any thoughts?
It was nothing, i watched the episode he panics in the moment it happens thinking it's a more serious injury, then the doc adjusts it back into place and tells him it'll be sore for a couple of days and fine in a week or so.

Nothing sweet like retroactive Conor fanboy excuses.

You think Conor's the only guy to ever go into a fight injured?

He's not the only guy but he's clearly the man who has fought with the worst injuries.

Look on the bright side
At least there will be footage of Mcgregor getting his ass kicked

They will show every punch landed by Conor on khabib, then jump to khabib attacking his team and NOT getting the belt put on. Conor will take all the credit right after.

I watched it. Not bad, but not a must watch. About the only thing I learned was how bad his leg was going into the 3rd Dustin fight.
