If we look at the length of text on the trash can, we can see that she is not actively flipping her photo or video orientation. Not to mention the photo of the car has no username, no information on where it was posted. No Instagram account, nothing. If we assume the car photo is real, it debunks the idea that she would go and flip the original video after the fact. Again, no real evidence.

It has already been shown between the supposed pieces of photo evidence that she does not flip her photos after the fact. Meaning her photo would be saved as normal, non mirrored orientation. It is only mirrored when you are viewing the image, when the video or photo is actually completed the photo is saved into the gallery with the real world orientation. It is not flipped.
