News McGregor back in court

I just don't understand how this isn't a criminal case

Surely that Doctor report should be enough to bring about charges?

Mike Tyson was charged (and convicted) for less I think?

I admit I haven't researched it heavily but I used to train in a gym pre covid with a former pro mma fighter and he has friends he trains with in the Dublin area and at the time he was convinced conor raped her. This dude has trained with some of conors teammates and fought on the same Irish circuit as Conor. He was a HUGE fan but was convinced he did rape the girl from what he has been told

He is obviously no longer a fan
Tyson was convicted without a shred of evidence of serious physical assault and only his word vs hers. This is not remotely comparable and I am not one to proclaim Tyson’ms innocence only facts

Sexual assault is like steroids. It's always someone else who put them in your legitimate dick pills or supplements.

"She was also asked about her Christmas party on 8 December and the "after-after party" in her hairdressing salon, the morning after, which she said finished up at around 7am."

Imagine having a young child and being out partying until 7am. I'd be dead for 5 weeks after that.

That doesn't make it any clearer. I don't see how there isn't enough evidence here. Hopefully Ireland is up in arms about this and demands that he faces justice.
Well I'm definitely personally responsible so be sure to direct all your anger at me

Sorry if I've offended you, but it's the sad reality of the world. I've seen it happen with rich dudes and even regular dudes. It happened to me once. A girl that was obsessed with me showed up drunk with my roommates girlfriend (her best friend) and had sex with me. I ditched her a few days later because I wasn't interested in anything more than sex. She accused me of sexual assault, but her best friend was thankfully there to call her on her bullshit. I could have gotten in real trouble if I had no witnesses.

It happens more than you think.
Not offended, but thank you.
More just concerned with your conclusion. Of course false accusations happen a lot. But, so do REAL accusations, based on REAL offenses.
Regardless of which this is, hopefully justice will be served to the party that is in the wrong.

Sounds like rape and pretty serious assault. By the hands of Conor? I don't know yet. If it's him, prison for 10-15 years sounds good.

Conor isn't denying it -- He said it was rough sex. The only thing for you to ponder over is whether or not those injuries match up with what you'd consider consensual rough sex.

I had already thought Conor was guilty when I heard this, then I watched this video and it solidified that..... until near the end of the vid. Now I smell something funny.

What's funny? She doesn't remember a lot of this, being in the lift, eating the food in the room.

She dials a bunch of people after she leaves, shows up battered up, her mom calls an ambulance, the doctors take her in and the testimony is there.

Litterally the Kobe argument during his rape case. Will probably end the same way, a payout and a vague apology.

Although I truly believe this encounter between us was
consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this
incident the same way I did. After months of reviewing discovery,
listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now
understand how she feels that she did not consent to this
encounter.

Did you read the doctor's report or you are just drawing a parallel?

If any judge or jury buys that same argument from Conor under the circumstances of what is known, then the Irish justice system should be dismantled.
