News Mayhem Miller offers to help former rival Nick Diaz

Mayhem has definitely had his own problems, but he's also definitely speaking from experience, and his advice is sound (meaning his advice to those around Nick. . . I'm not so keen on Mayhem being able to help anyone out, himself included). Spoken like a boss, and I hope both these guys get their lives straightened out.
 
the thing is he could have been perfectly sober in that clip. could be no issue at all it just looked weird. ive been bored as fuck waiting and trying to chill and i do some random ass dumb shit. like flick my lighter to some stick i found on the ground. is it that weird. idk. maybe i should do crack.
 
What if he doesn't want help? Why don't people let others take care of their own lives?

If you take a look at his social media, Mayhem has been sober for over a year and seems to have cleaned up his life and turned over a new leaf. He looks and sounds like he is doing really well. The idea here is that if Mayhem can do it, anyone can do it, and he has experience recovering from a life of drugs, alcohol and crime. He might be able to offer great advice and support that could help out a fellow fighter that may be stuck in the same rut he once was.

Imagine Jason Miller as the Middleweight fucking Strikeforce champion?


Wish we could have seen it. It would have been wild. His Strikeforce career should have lasted longer in my opinion. The UFC machine kinda just chewed him up and spat him out with a blown out knee and he wasn’t the same person afterwards.

Nah, Helen was talking to him about all kinds of stuff for several minutes before this got brought up. And she's the one that asked Mayhem his thoughts on Diaz. He was just answering the question.


You could argue maybe the folks at bjpenn . com were milking this for views by making an article out of that one segment though.
