News Mayhem Miller arrested for choking a man.

He has serve mental health issues that only gets worse as he ages. It’s only a matter of time before he does something really bad to someone or himself that will really put him away forever unfortunately.

those eyes ,
he is on his way to kill some one , maybe he already did.
he needs help

I remember people here stating that he seemed totally "normal" in that interview, so I actuslly watched it. He did not seem normal. He was behaving like a freak who was consciously attempting to project what he thought someone else wanted to see in his face, and perhaps ironically at that. Just goes to show how socially stunted half of sherdog is.
the most “normal” he’s ever been was when he was walking out to the cage in one of his wacky choreographed entrances. if there was ever a place for his craziness, that was it.

Goddamn, his story has been just straight up depressing cus you can't help but feel like mma kept him between the lines enough to function then without it he lost touch and got too comfortable living in chaos. Always seemed like one of those dudes with a good heart but just cannot get out of his own way for reasons that would seem to need years of dedicated, professional mental health work

Makes Fedor's bro look like a stable and friendly guy..

His first arrest was 2011. People blame it on CTE (which is possible I guess) but he was only 31 at the time, had only been TKO'd one time and had like 30 fights. If CTE made him go nuts, it should've have happened to at least half the known MMA fighters by now.

I think he was the only MMA fighter to have his own reality show. It's too bad he couldn't keep that comedy schtick going--maybe other shows or a B-grade actor or a silly Youtube MMA Schmo-ish channel. I never cared for him but he occasionally said funny and clever things. It's like he had some energy that needed to be redirected, and instead of putting it into MMA or entertainment, he chose to direct it in the worst possible way.

We are definitely on the same page sir.
I was never a big fan myself, but like you said...he was occasionally witty and funny.
He has a criminal mindset, not anything else.

I don't know if you ever seen the Aaron Hernandez documentary on Netflix, but theres a guy named Jermaine Wiggins that played for the NFL.
He said it best about blaming CTE for Aarons behavior, and he said that there's been 10s of thousands of guys in the NFL and if CTE was as prevalent as they make it out to be there'd be a hell of a lot of guys that exhibited symptoms.

It has become an ex use for asshole behavior, and its also an excuse to try and ban/demonize contact sports for whatever reason.

It's funny Alex E. has now lost a couple of fights in a row to Datsik, not exactly the most stable guy either.

Actually,

I would say he has calmed down as he has gotten older..

hell,

he had a new arrest thread in the dog just about every other month 10-15 years ago.

This is his first fuck up thread in like 10 years..

I certainly am not in Mayhem category, but I’ve had a DUI and several fights / assault charges…the ‘system’ has a lot of opportunities to get help (and cheap) but you have to want to change, and learn to hate jail and dependence on others. I know I had to.
You've never had a standoff with police naked in a church?
<{vega}>

Damn that sucks. I always liked Mayhem. I hope one day he can turn it around.

Am I the one curious about why he's partying nightly in West Hollywood clubs? Those clubs have a certain demographic.

(or so I've heard)

In LA, it's hard to tell the difference between that demographic and a regular guy from LA.

I've been in the system too. There aren't any opportunities in County. State prison has a lot of opportunities, and Federal hasd less from what I heard. I can only speak on the first two.

I thought he was locked up this whole time? Dude’s definitely mentally unstable. Feel for him.
