i fell down the coffee rabbit hole a few years ago and bought a bunch of nice coffee kit... now i only make nice pourovers. today i made two cups (500ml) in my chemex. i alternate between that and my v60.

i want to buy an espresso machine to make flat whites (the perfect espresso milk drink) but that's an entirely new rabbit hole, and about 5x as expensive as the coffee one
