Ahhh, sweetface, I just take time off. Not you related but since the first surgery I worked out that this site is really quite depressing. So when I don't want to get into arguments I just don't bother opening Sherdog. I love interacting and happy stuff too so obviously come back,

Yeah, it's just something that I do in between other things. I probably just come here due to 20 years of habit at this point... and a small number of people that I like chatting to, of course.
I've found a new favorite restaurant and gone the last two Saturdays... just amazing steak

Really, my life revolves around if I can cook, and going to a local Saturday bar just to get out. I've been a bore for a year. Booked this with bezzer and her husband though. Mostly comes up when asked about exercise or if I sit on a desk all day. Everyone at least on the places I have been ask about: "What you do to stay fit?" I did on one profile say "gym" but was worse, I obviously don't look like a gym person, so it was taken instantly as a lie.

The local news... just showed inside the house home security video of this boulder that apparently came down from the hill, blasted thru a brick CMU wall, then right thru the newly built wooden house and just missed erasing the woman inside who was too slow to get to the couch to watch TV. It was like fricking live action DBZ blasting thru the house super fast and leaving big damage to the inside structure.

Wasn't gonna go anywhere since it was flash flooding rain. Looked like it was clearing and gonna be blue skies, so went out, and suddenly heavy rain coming so fast I had to use 2x speed wipers just to see. Was considering aborting. Got done with one errand and looked afar which looked like blue skies, so went that way. From that point on, it was no rain. Very deceptive skies.
In one main roadway, all of the sudden, they put down these fucking vibration lines, so instead of smooth road, it's vibration for several seconds as you drive over. I hope a ton of people complain to get them removed.

Stepped on the scale at 231.7 pounds this morning
25 pounds down since mid november.. didn't start actively training until Dec 26th.. the results are insane.. now with football season near the end , I'll be picking up an extra session Sunday nights
