I personally have nothing against Doughbelly, rip, but I think he/she is a disturbed individual.

There are very, VERY few, extremely few truly transsexual people in this world. They can and should be identified through rigorous psychological evaluations*.

The rest are simply confused mental cases who need a lot of psychotherapy.

* - Thomas Harris describes a case of a mistaken transsexual, aka "Buffalo Bill", in his book "The Silence of the Lambs". Amazing read.
