    Ross comes through once again.

I know it isn't exactly what he is talking about, but sometimes I feel like I get too wrapped up developing the perfect routine or diet and forget that the most important key to success is just HARD WORK.

I was under the impression the pub was more for Vets of the site, so I stay out, LOL.

Anyways, great vid. If you think about it, no one could be that good at something on given talent alone. WAR Work Ethic!!

    I noticed the lifts too...

I have to say, that as a basketball specific exercise tricep extensions make A LOT of sense.

look, all that shit in the video was most likely made just for the commercial. i doubt it's his actual routine. aside from his house and vintage photographs

This is fantastic and is applicable to pretty much all parts of life. More and more it seems people all around are complaining about everything - or maybe I'm just noticing it more. Jobs, grades, relationships - everything that's wrong is someone else's fault, and no one wants to take responsibility for themselves, their work effort, or their dedication (or lack thereof).

Or maybe I'm just getting older so things like that drive me nuts. Sorry, didn't mean to complain ...

Any way to get those as audio files. They'd be great to have on the mp3 player before a workout or practice.
