Seriously?!? Do you believe this $hit??? 1.8mil for THAT!! Everyone thinking 1.8 should buy you a huge mansion hasn't seen prices in some of these insane areas of our country!

Must be a shitty area and an equally shitty house to only go for 1.8mil. I had a 1700 sq. ft decent duplex (just one side) go for $900k in my area. And that's just a normal small duplex with a tiny yard!
Then again I'm in the Bay Area and housing prices are literally insane!

1.5mil will get you 3bd/1ba 1400 sq foot in the Berkeley, CA hills..........

I looked up the comparables, it's way overbuilt for the neighborhood. It's only plus is it's 2x the size of everyone else, but it's a horrible style so it can't ask 2x the price.

Its a good area. I'm 20 miles south and listing mine for 1.3 next year.

It's a nice area, but it's out in Altadena in the mountains, far from the ocean (although it has ocean views).
