2) The price isn't that bad considering. The area must be low millions for his to only be 1.8

look at it. it probably needs close to $3Million in renovations and repairs. Tarps are probably covering up damaged roof. The walls were painted improperly. Removing the turf and repairing the deck is going to be outrageous. all the windows, doors and lighting are from the 1980s --- even though it was built in the early 90s. the energy bills are probably way off. the exterior paint and window choices make it look like a hotel. this is a 30 year old McMansion. built cheaply, with no real architectural significance.

for all intents and purposes, its a shitbox in a nice neighborhood.
