Amazing performance. Crazy he could keep the core of character throughout every timeline. The aging felt incredibly realistic.

ya i am also in the middle of The Sopranos, as a first watch for me. And while i am really enjoying it, it will not be on my top tier of shows. it is not pulling me to watch the next episode even as much as this True Detective season was. I have The West Wing cued up to also see for the first time.

My goodness, West Wing's in my top 10 as well as Sopranos. I was a late starter with WW being I only finished it in 2023. What a beautiful programme.

I gave it a 9, but honestly I could have given it a 10. I recently went back and rewatched it again. Fantastic job. That’s my favorite work of his.

I can’t remember what it was that made me ding him a point, but there was something in there that was kind of inconsistent with his character. But that probably had more to do with the writing than it did his performance.

Shit, I wish I could remember what it was.

Sad to see him rarely come up in top rankings.

I actually just watched season one a couple of weeks ago. I thought he was phenomenal. Breaking Bad was one of my all time favorite shows and I think Walter White is one of the best acted characters in anything, ever, and I was still shocked seeing McConaughey lost out to him that year
