you are a professional fighter and you know you'll be tested. you also know it is illegal and that you'll be suspended if caught with it. your fault.
At some point, you need to understand that it doesn't matter what you think.
The rules are the rules. If you can quit for three weeks, you can quit forever. What's more important, your weed or your job? Seems like it's costing him a fair amount of money to get high.
it's one thing to apply, it's another to get it approved. since there hasnt been an application through nsac, we dont even know how kizer/nsac will respond. but this quote from kizer might be an indication:

not to mention the exemption would only apply to fights in nevada.

You'd lose a lot of jobs for failing a drugs test, if you want your job you have to make sacrifices, if you're not willing to do that it's goodbye.
