That's a great point. very few of these guys were the 90 pound weakling who got tuned up and decided to take a stand. It's a nice little story though

Askren took it as Masdival was talking about his kids with his "end his bloodline" comment. Doesn't matter what Masdival meant. Masdival took Colby's words as bringing his family into the situation even though Colby never days anything negative about the family and was talking about Masdival parenting specifically.

If I say your a shitty child does that mean I'm insulting your parents? So does saying your a shitty parent mean your insulting the kids?

I think it's more about having your kids hear someone call your dad a shitty father, and a dead beat, as well as other kids that go to their school, who can't differentiate between truth and a heel shtick

I addressed this. Masdival's kids will catch more flack from other kids because his dad got beat up and then jumped someone and got arrested more than any deadbeat dad comment.

The kids of every pro fighter that loses probably goes through hell at school. "Haha you're dad got the shit kicked out of him." Kinda like if you're mom was a porn star or had an adult only fans page. Your kid is going to get picked on because of your chosen profession more than anything else and not because of what some randoms say.
 
Colby’s watch was damaged. If he doesn’t press charges I’m assuming he is responsible to fix it?

I dont think Jorge will be talking on camera anytime soon. I mean he had a mask and hood on when incident happened...Then he ran into police station after arrest...And when he bonded out, he hid his face...

To "end someones bloodline" is a common term actually. Most people knew damn well what Masvidal meant and that's why no one even brought it up at the time. Even Askren knew. He didn't care or replied. He's just reveling in Masvidal's downfall, which is understandable because Mas was a prick to him.

Colbys words brought his family into the situation. Deadbeat dad, true or not, puts Mas kids under scrutiny. Mas kids gets unwanted attention. The more accurate thing to say would be that Colby never said anything about his kids specifically, but he absolutely brought them in the situation.

And yeah i think if i was a kid and watch this asshole call my father a piece of shit dad in front of the world, i'd be pretty insulted if we have a good relationship.

At the end of the day this isn't really a big deal. Colby just got smacked up and Mas is out of jail. There's this never ending discussion about Mas kids bla bla bla, but Colby def talked about Dustin kids so it is what it is. Can't say i feel sorry for the dude

I'm just pointing out its not necessarily saying something about his kids, but saying things that could carry over to their kids, which is why normally fighters tend to keep families out of it.

I'm in no way condoning how Masv. Handled the situation.

Like I stated, Colby has been talking about Conors kids in a much more personal way, and he just ignores it.
