Possibly, but getting hit on the neck is enough to sleep you. Askren got knee's on the neck, Adesanya was in trouble after getting kicked in the neck by Gastelum, and pretty sure some other ko's have happened from being hit on the side of the neck

He has been dropped. Even in his backyard boxing days, he went down. But he is resilient. He rises up and gets back in that fight.
