That's the problem. You don't know that the UFC knew he was on steroid. I'm not saying it isn't possible, and I wouldn't be shocked if the UFC KNEW he was on steroids', but according to the UFC, Brock wasn't under contract until 1 month before the fight and wasn't in the testing pool at the time. Therefore the exemption was made so the fight could happen.

And if you are going to put together a fraud suit against Brock and said company, you better hope and pray if you subpoena phone/text/email records from Brock/UFC that the evidence shows clear and convincing cases of collusion between Brock and the UFC. If not, you have a losing case. And I also wouldn't be shocked that after there wasn't clear evidence and as hard headed as Mark Hunt is, he wanted to keep pressing forward with this case as weak as it was.

And just like UFC attorney's Dorsey stated using a baseball case, just because you don't consent for a pitcher to throw a ball directly at you to harm you, it does not negate consent because it happens. (Avila vs Citrus Community College for referencce)

That 700k payout was the second highest on the card. He made more than Cormier, Velasquez, Anderson Silva, Miesha Tate, Amanda Nunes. All because he was willing to fight Lesnar. He knew everything that was going on with the testing prior to the fight but continued on with it because of the payday for it and didn't care until he got his ass kicked. That and his constant whining afterwards are my issues with the whole situation
 
Come one Lesnar was juiced up everyone could have seen that shit a mile a way

I understand extraditions but this is the UFC trying to recoup money, nothing really to do with the US or NZ governments.
My friend doesn't even pay his College fees because he's working overseas, that is a government loan.
 
I like Hunt, but he handled this looking for a payday without actual hard evidence. Same reason why Quarry and the rest of those money grab fighters will fail

Ok but that's just an assumption. You still have to substantiate that claim with hard and convincing evidence for trial in order to win your case (Which hunt didn't do).

UFC/Brock made their defense stating that since Lesnar wasn't under contract until 1 month before the fight, they made the exemption, so he can fight at the event.

Well we know the UFC knew about Jon Jones testing positive for Tbol and then went on to lie about it by inventing the pulsing theory despite the fact that the only pulsing study in existence is for clomiphene which is another drug that Jones tested positive but that wasn't the drug that was "pulsing".

Not only that but Jeff also suggested that they had seen this with other drugs but as mentioned there are no other pulsing studies so how are they coming up with this theory.

Plus that doesn't mention the fact that the timeline for the study that supposedly supports the pulsing theory has a shorter detection time than when they found Jones' result supposedly pulsing.

It's as if they found a convenient study that didn't quite fit but was close and then just flat out lied about it and now they are just throwing all similar cases into this convenient little box.

Supposedly there was supposed to be some sort of pulsing study done for Tbol but I haven't seen it and it's been 3 years. I'm curious to find out how they would be able to do this ethnically.

Def on the fence and feel both sides fucked up. More so UFC but Mark didn't help himself out very much at all. Pre-fight he was talking openly the compliment opposite about Brock being on PED

UFC however as a legit company / sport fucked up for allowing shady dudes like Lesnar fight anyways. Or creating special rules to be taken advantage of .

Eagle FC will attract alot of guys and it's because No USADA exist. Hey the regular drug test and boom easy system .
