If Barrios and Boots are staying at 147 they needed to fight each other next. Boots needed a proven commodity to cement himself, not another no name, and Barrios needed to prove Ugas wasn’t a fluke flash in the pan. Instead they played the “waiting for a pac fight game” and both perused easy fights.
