    1 3/4 Cup Milk
    1 Banana
    2 Whole Eggs
    1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protien
    2T Natural Peanut Butter
    Cinnamon*
    Sugar Free Maple Syrup*

    Amount at your discretion*

    I dare you to eat a whole bowl in one sitting.

    I've done something similar quite often

    But I use a bowl full of museli (my bowels hold about 2 pints of liquid, so with this mix I use a pint of milk), a chopped up banana, honey, 2 Tsp of PB and a scoop of whey (either choc or vanilla).
    I usually add raisens to it aswell
    Eat and lie down for a while

    Title caught me off guard because, Man Porridge along with Chin Chowder and Throat Yogurt are slang names for semen. Okay back on topic is this cooked or eaten raw?

    I'll admit that the title of this thread immediately made me want to come in and make some funny comment regarding its connotations, but then I got all tired and decided it really wasn't worth the bother....

    If the recipe works for you, then more power to you.
