Crime Man Fatally Beaten By Corrections Officers in NY

I am very close with 2 corrections officers that work in the hell hole that is Rikers. Great guys, family guys. The stories they tell me, it's incredible this doesn't happen more often. They get shit and piss thrown at them. They deal with real low life garbage humans. My one friend had his nose broken by a guy that raped an 80 year old. Would anyone care if they beat that POS? I wouldn't. But I am not defending what these guys did, but I bet it was retaliation for something wicked. Either way, they need to be fired as it's what they signed up for.

Yeah that shit happens. Some of my colleagues who did work for the Public Health Service in prisons would get piss and shit thrown at them too. Couldn’t imagine a better place to work.

Never did roids but I used to power lift because it definitely help with violent arrests and I only had three fights my entire career that went beyond a playful wrestling match. I used to be a pretty big dude and while I was completely useless in a foot chase, but if you needed someone subdued or a door ripped off the hinges, I was your dude. I have seen some absolutely huge cops that definitely did roids and I would post a pic if all my icons didn’t disappear all of a sudden

The Punisher made exceptions for upstanding individuals, but his entire existence as an anti-hero is a critique of the failures of the system Cops are part of. The context here was the Cops "going Punisher" which would guarantee those would be Cops he'd hate:

For that crime he wasn't sentenced to death by beating by correctional officers. That's what matters.
 
I saw the video. It didn't appear that he posed a threat to the officers. He deserved to be beaten for beating his girlfriend but not killed.

But that's not what you said. You said the Punisher hates cops. You didn't qualify it by saying he hated cops who stepped outside the law.

I've been reading Punisher comics since the '80's. The number of time's he's attacked cops can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Even in the MAX imprint, which is much darker and more violent, Castle has only directly killed one cop. And that guy worked for the Kingpin and helped Bullseye kill one of Castle's old 'Nam buddies.

Castle goes out of his way to avoid hurting normal cops. The Slavers has a central plot-line about a corrupt detective working for brutal sex traffickers. Castle doesn't even kill him. He just sends him back to the rest of the slavers with a DVD showing him burning their boss alive(although it's implied they will kill the cop once he delivers the bad news).

The whole, "Punisher hates cops who support him" thing came from the retards at Marvel who are very uncomfortable about cops and military using the Punisher Skull on their equipment. They eventually tried to replace Castle with a new version of the Punisher who was an ex-SHIELD agent.

The new Punisher comic was cancelled after just four issues. :)
 
I mean, theyll find some drug or something in his system to make it ok. Regardless of what he did, its not a good thing for the law to be going postal on dude, on camera no less. Like, how ridiculously dumb can you possibly be.
