Fuck it. I still feel weak and drained, but the worst of the symptoms have passed. And this is Deload Week anyway, so I wasn't going to be lifting heavy even if I hadn't been hit by the Kung Flu Panda. So just a(very)light workout to keep myself ticking over.

First session back after Covid, so I knew it was going to be tough. We trained variations of Omoplata. Including how to adjust if the opponent postures up. During one repetition, I screwed up my breakfall and face-planted onto the mat. Felt/heard a crunching sound in my neck, but luckily wasn't injured.

Rolled twice. Blue Belts who Tapped me fairly easily.
