Social MAGA 2025 Civil war incoming! Vivek Ramaswamy Betrays Base & reveals true colors, Says Americans SUCK !!

Inflation was the main culprit but even if Dems won I would say there's always room for improvement.

In terms of votes it was a somewhat close election so absent inflation I think Dems win a close race.

I don't think so. Immigration was still a huge issue. Biden's presidency was the one who allowed all this catch and release.

The same 3 or 4 posters posting nonstop itt. Trump won Harris lost get over it.

And they all have either full blown TDS or soft TDS. Embrassing for them all lol.

I have said in other threads, and it is very clear in this thread that a lot of the “moderates” and such that like the claim they don’t support Trump, etc, they happy to take the MAGA stance here and grand stand.

How about just shit the fuck up. Bunch of losers on both sides. Trump’s team literally reformed this and then Biden scrapped it. The same people are going to come in and reform it, despite what tech bros want

lol @ the irony of talk of other people being losers coming out of your pathetic gob.

lol, Trump told musk to come to mar-a-lago, and he came

I am pretty sure this will be played out soon enough does he even have an actual woman in his life? Nice he takes X everywhere but he does have Asperger's he must be extremely uncomfortable with women.

lol, Trump told musk to come to mar-a-lago, and he came

I'm sure he did.

Elon actually lives there.
He rented a space at mar - a-lago.

Yes, because they are taking entry level jobs from new grads and being trained by existing engineers only for them to be replaced, just so tech oligarch like Musk can pinch a few pennies. The STEM shortage is a myth and so is the idea that H-1B is for specialized talent. At this point America has become nothing more than an economic zone. It's not a real country in any meaningful sense and therefore deserves no loyalty from actual citizens imho.

Basically at a point where the corporate world out of one side of its mouth goes on about "DEI" and how there is enough talent that "multiple people" can do a great job for any available position so must do diversity hiring;

and out the other side of the mouth - "have labor shortages, requiring foreign labor".

And of course, the more miserly and stingy the leader, the more they are going to push these initiatives. But deranged DEI loonies will try to talk about societal good....

It is true for certain very specific roles, but all in all those circumstances are used to obscure the big picture.

And even for those very specific roles, why is the answer for attracting/generating talent not increasing pay and benefits as opposed to importing what is supposedly more expensive talent?

Like, why is an employee beneficial situation something that we need to legislate? Seems to me if engineers, for example, are in short supply, then their value should simply go up.

Wasn't it also an indian guy the brand manager for Gilette when they decided to come up with those painful ads about how men who want to shave hair from their body need to realize how horrible they are and they need to do better?

Sometimes there are timing issues, sometimes it could be a foreign company operating in the U.S. is better served by having a legit top dog expert from head office move in (small foreign offices will have challenges attracting local talent as compared to a head office in a home country), but in general I'd be highly skeptical these are the cases. For every role where there is a true business necessity, there are many more that are cheap labor seeking from expense cutting execs above else.

What really pushes me over the edge is when these tech bros and their lapdogs equate being against H-1B with being pro DEI, as if the rights and protections of native workers is tantamount to charity. That's a real mask off moment which shows they don't have any loyalty to America or Americans. They say you can't compete with foreign workers (i.e. indentured servants) because you have the audacity to demand fair pay, reasonable work hours and the ability to enjoy life outside of the workplace. Geez how could a company in the richest country in the world possibly provide that?

Having hands on experience isn't something unique to India or anywhere else. You're all the place with this one.
Keep up. This is Elon and Viveks hands on experience we are talking about.

Okay, so you don't know how opinions work.
In fact i do. You do not. People like you think everything is subject to an opinion. I either observe it is raining or it is not raining. Magats like to think everything, including fact is just opinion but that is because they are dumb. You are dumb.

Sure.

Now, you're going on about silly open borders fantasies that will never happen. Are you done embarrassing yourself?

Who cares? Over 99.9% of Americans are not fit programming jobs.

Do you know what happens with that 99.9% of Americans? They work on farms, in factories, as Doctors, etc.

What you posted above is what Magats do. They read something stupid and think it makes their point when it does not. It is the 5% who are trained computer programmers you need to address not the engineer in India who is a Electrical Engineer and now Magats in their idiocy (read you) say 'see that electrical engineer is not fit for coding', thinking you are making a point.

This is what MAGA will be driving after they are forced to sell their 2023 F350 for 20,000 to an Indian H1-B visa person lol. Gas to will hit 6.75 a gallon after Canada cuts off the supplies. Or could buy a used Cybertruck for 10,000 .
