Reminds me of a story line in the second season of House of Cards. Underwood has problems with a multi-Billionaire trying to manipulate economic policy to benefit himself. Eventually, Underwood just sends the IRS to do a massive audit of the guy's business. Underwood tells him,

"You might have all the money, but I have all the Federal agents with badges and guns".
