Likely the advantage if Tesla did franchise out dealerships like the rest. If you went to Toyota with an issue as a multi-national conglomerate it's much more difficult. If you went to the dealership it's much easier to get service. Ultimately, I would need to see what was agreed. If it should have been refundable then Tesla was in the wrong
