Plus in terms of Elon censoring conservatives, the only one I think mentioned is Laura Loomer, who is a spaz and admits she fucked up by posting someone’s personal info.

All true of Musk but this issue impacts big tech bottom line.

Tech bro's believe American culture sucks and the work force is not up to the job and they must bring in brown people to Make America great again.

Magat's believe the free market needs to be pushed aside, and a DEI program is REQUIRED for 'real americans' (read white) and needs to be put in place so bit Tech cannot hire THE BEST QUALIFIED AT THE BEST RATES, and instead would be forced to hire inferior culture, lesser employees, who they want the companies to train.

THe Magats are rightly defending their own realizing they are inferior and can only get those jobs via their own form of DEI program and welfare type training programs.

Vivek's main point was American culture sucks and that has lead to the creation of sub par work force, who CANNOT Make America Great again. That without bringing in the superior culture brown workers the US will not win on the global stage and thus not be great.

Elon agrees.

Perhaps imroving the US education system can make the shit US culture better in future generations and produce workers that are not "lazy and unmotivated", but both Elon and Vivek do not think America can wait and hope that American culture stops sucking and workers find motivation and brains.

It's a pretty common meme that Americans have generally a slavish devotion to the work grind, and your employment benefits are amongst the poorest in the developed world (minimum wage, union representation, annual leave, maternity and paternity leave, employment law etc).

And they want to further tip the balance in favour of the employer and bring in skilled foreign workers to replace skilled Americans because they won't work harder for free and are more likely to accept poor treatment from employers? Lol
