I know Guaido has said he wants to allow private companies to exploit Vezenuela's oil. People find that suspicious i.e. foreign interference. But he's also mentioned the plan would involve the private companies paying royalties, which is pretty standard. Even if foreign actors are trying to install a more business-friendly government, it would probably be a win-win. It's only a lose for competing oil-producing countries.
Im pretty sure whatever Guaido sets up will be far more fair than whatever deal Russia and China have with Venezuela and lets not even talk about the deal they have with Cuba because thats not really a deal, thats tribute.
