Yeah, it was a great competitive fight. That elbow that cut Barboza in the 2nd just changed the momentum. Edson clearly took round one and while dealing with that illegal kick from Ferguson.

El Cucuy is tough. Hard to see this guy losing. still thinks he'd beat khabib and as much as i love RDA i'm afraid he'd not be able to blitz Tony the whole fight. His striking is not as technical and good to watch as Edson but still very creative and effective. LW division right now is freaking awesome.

unfair to tony to make him beat the same guy twice. But that fight was great, could defenitely see it happening again down the road. Barboza looked great and was landing all over tony, but tony never once looked shook or lost composure, he moved forward whole time and never allowed barboza to get comfortable.

Short notice and illegal upkick taints Ferguson's win, IMO Barboza wins with full preparation.

Well in TS defense UFC has made far worse rematches lately. A second fight is somewhat inevitable but the timing's just not right.

I do think Alvarez vs Barboza makes sense since both of them just beat Pettis. But, they train together now, so that sucks.
