News Lupita Godinez does one week turn around to replace Eubanks against Luana Carolina

Sub win vs. Silvana, followed by TKO win vs. Luana in another division one week later, followed by quick KO win vs. a tough vet a month or so later, followed by a tough bout against COVID and a 1+ year inactivity.

Lupita 'Khamzat' Godinez, you heard it here first.
Lupita is the new Emperor Lord Chad God

Anyone know the current position with Hannah Cifers? I was going to say that taking late fights and moving up a weight class didn't damage her standing with the UFC - went 2-5 but got a new contract and a pay hike to $35k. Now I notice she hasn't updated her IG for six months, wonder if she's still on the books?

Anyway Loopy is obviously a good fighter, so they'd be stupid to take too much notice of poor judging and late fights outside her weight class. Lupita by kneebar btw.

Quickest turnaround in modern UFC history is done by a woman.

Something something it's because women don't take damage anyways because they can't hit hard enough

Still ultra impressive. Hope she pulls it off

***she already had covid-19, and is fully vaccinated, so based on the current evidence and variants she should be 100% immune to all (mix of natural and vaccine immunity seems synergistic)

Anyone who has seen her train or fight locally already knew she's a total beast.

This is a new record for least amount of time between two fights, from what I read (previous was 10 days.)

DM me who you are, I'm in the local BC scene too and know all too well how Loopy loves to swing for the fences against bigger guys. Girl is insane, lol. (and awesome, too)

Hoping Achilles does us all proud on the contenders series in a few weeks, too. Guy is an animal

Lupines!

Top notch lass - get some girl!

Highly approve!

This is why WMMA is taking over, no man would ever have the cojones to do this
Chris Leben upset Aaron Simpson on June 19, 2010.

Days later, he accepted a co-main event slot for UFC 116, and upset Yoshihiro Akiyama on July 3, 2020. Akiyama was originally supposed to fight Wanderlei Silva.

That was a wild couple of weeks. I remember Simpson had a fair bit of hype and Akiyama had tons.

Godinez is quickly becoming one of my favorite fighters. A savage in the cage, a sweetheart out of it, and always down to fight. And she's Canadian*!

(*Mexican-Canadian)

I do like a Canadianto cheer for, but Sarge is a big ask with a camp at 125.

Hannah was booked to fight Whitmire in Feb and withdrew to injury, maybe it was serious or healing didn't go well or re-injury.
