Has anyone else read and plan on running Paul Carter's LRB 365 next year? It is a whole year of workouts designed to make you stronger, bigger and leaner. It is broken into strength peaking, conditioning and mass building phases. I like his programs and concepts a lot and look forward to running it this coming year. I have been a past program hopper so some consistency will be nice.
