What's worse, lowered or lifted?
A modest lift is ok by me and looks fine with a truck.
While the exaggerated/extreme lifts look silly, if the vehicle is obviously designed for off roading or bogging or whatever thats called, then you can excuse it. But there are still those out there who go all out and for the purpose of aesthetics only, and ya, I'm not a fan of that either. But so be it.
has to be lifted. not only does it cost more to do the work (larger parts) it costs more in the long run (bigger tires=more fuel costs) not to mention the stress from the fucking road noise of those god damn mudders. fuck i hate it.
I gotta say lifted. I've never seen a driver with a lifted truck that didnt drive like a complete asshole or have any idea how to park.

The best part about these lowered vehicles is when you're in a parking lot with speed bumps and they go into them at a 45 degree angle at about 1km/hr, driver's head out the window like Ace Ventura trying to navigate and avoid scraping. It's like a 10 minute ordeal to get over the bump. Funny stuff.
People driving full size, lifted trucks on mudders could not care less about cost to run, fuel mileage or road noise.
If I was in some horrifying scenario where I had to buy and drive a pickup I'd probably get a lowered pickup tbh. They look alright I suppose
mine:
That's a dyno proven 500hp 383ci small block. It's not just for show. Thing is fun as hell to drive. But it's actually for sale right now. I want to build something older.
I always drove sports cars. Only cars I ever owned were Mustangs and Camaros. Fast and loud. Then I got a truck and I love it. It's definitely not fast and it doesn't take corners well, but it looks pretty badass and I can haul all manner of stuff. It's hard to remember how I got by without one for so long. I'll probably always drive a truck.
