low weight high reps

Is he even a real pro? Pains on the Plains sounds more like an amatuer toughman type event to me.

what percentage of your max lift would be considered low weight for toneing and defining?
The percentage that consists of going out and running.

Hey i might be wrong but for the most part and fighters that i know including pro's train with lighter weight and higher reps with less time between sets. Im starting training for a fight thats in six weeks and theres no way i can power lift and lift heavy when im doing this. It just doesnt work for me at all, low rep heavy stuff is good for power and strength but in very short bursts.
Before a fight i tailor my training down to lighter weight workout curcuits with little rest plus some plyo stuff for speed. The rest is all boxing training with running 400's, 800's, sprints, and cool down miles. I might have no idea what im talking about but for me power lifting doesnt really work when your training for a fight thats coming up.

you asked what kind of pro was he....my previous post was asking if pros could mock other pros a little (because regular users get banned)
