I've seen it a couple of times. There's one fight I remember in Invicta where it happened, and the crowd started to awkwardly giggle as if they didn't think a woman could be hurt from a low blow. The clitoris has an incredible number of nerve endings in it (more than twice what the penis has), and most of it is internal; the part you can see is just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak. If getting punched in the liver or kidney hurts, imagine if it felt ten times as much pain. That's roughly what getting kicked or kneed in the groin feels like for a woman.
