Movies "Love Actually" is a great Christmas movie

its pretty hot, i downloaded it and started watching it ofc as a traditional kind of guy

It's alright. The friend with the cue cards was some dirty shit though. The dad getting all involved with his little kid's crush was weird. And good job setting him up for a lifetime of shitty relationships going above and beyond trying to impress a girl you don't even know yet.

I'd seen it before but just watched it again last night and it completely holds up.

If you're looking for a good Christmas movie to watch with your girl, this is it. I bet she'll even let you stuff her stocking afterwards.

Romantic comedies are generally crap but there are a handful that men can enjoy and this one is high on that list.

It's not for small children though. There's a little sex, nudity and adult humor
100% agree. And I watch it often.

I can’t find it anywhere, but there was a little mini sequel called Red Nose Day Actually that takes place 14 years later. Still trying to find it somewhere to watch it. You should read the plot on Wiki if you care to see how things panned out for a bunch of the cast.

This and “Notting Hill” are the two Brit Rom-Coms I watch with regularity. Both with Hugh Grant coincidentally.

Edit: Rick Grimes is definitely 100% dirty work. That’s why they did some tidying up in the mini sequel.

I don't think I ever saw it, is there a guy cheating with a younger woman in it? Like his wife finds Jewlery he bought for his GF?

my gf gets mad when I snore watching one of her movies so I'll pass. Stockings get stuffed watching Die Hard in my home

But he wasn't the kid's dad. He married the kid's mom, and then the mom dies, so he has to become a father to this kid that doesn't know him super well yet. So helping the kid with his love life was a way to build his relationship with him.

Also, nobody's mentioned the best character yet, the old singer. That dude's great.

And Hugh Grants girlfriend is ridiculously hot

You're right. I forgot about that. Well in that situation, since you didn't establish any kind of bond anyway, just tell the kid you're taking a trip to the orphanage so he realizes how good he had it. Send him inside, and tell him to ask for sister Mary Grace then high tail it out of there and hope he forgets the way home.

It's decent, but I prefer The Holiday.
