you lose brain cells and gain new ones all the time, just like any other cells.

It takes 50-80 years for nerve cells(that's what's in a brain) to regenerate, as opposed to several days or a couple weeks for typical epithelials.

playing video games is actually very good for the brain and gets u a solid foundation in hand eye coordination and makes you reason and think more. i credit video games for alot of my abilities as a person.

Yeah I don't think video games really cause harm to our brains. I think it helps more.
