You guys are comparing cutting weight to losing weight.

Two entirely different concepts.


I guess the OP could cut weight for a week to lose his gut. He'll be awfully disappointed though when it comes back as soon as he drinks some water. lol

To the OP: Like has been said by non-morons, do some research on proper eating, and bust your tail in the gym, and it'll go away. Trust me.
 
cut carbs in half for 2 weeks (meaning if youd eat a whole bagel, eat only half) and increase your protien intake with mabye a shake or 2 and increase cardio by just adding 2 20min sessions a week. if you can do the bare minimum then anything else is doable. Start slow and then increase. Try that for 2 weeks and see what happens.
That is a very simple diet which will help you to see SOME changes but is more of a measuer on what you can and cant do.
