Looking for sparring partners for boxing in kingston, Ontario

Hi, I am posting this for my brother, he is having trouble finding sparring partners in Kingston, Ontario. He goes to the Kingston Youth gym, you can go there to spar. He is an open class amateur boxer, with around 12 fights, he is 25 and weighs 145, but will spar bigger or smaller.
