Looking for some good conditioning videos

Any recomendations on any videos. I was thinking about the Couture video. I want to do my conditioning at home most likely. I lift and train mma at different gyms. Thanks guys. Also my training is going to be more geared towards my swat training.

Just checked out the Couture video. Pretty good plyometrics etc. If anyone has any other suggestions that would be great. There are so many out there. That is why I posted. I already did a search.

yeah, I'd like to check out the Couture vid too.

I have one of the old Bas vids. I'm not sure the exact name of the series. I think it was pre-Big Book of Combat. I think it's a 9 or 10 video set. #9 is his conditioning video. I got it recently from Black Belt mag for $10.

I was advised to check out Mark Hatmakers "Gladiator Conditioning" by other members of Sherdog and can tell you that if you were to follow it exactly as he tells you, your conditioning will sky rocket.

Tony Cecchine's Lucky 13 video/DVD is definately something worth purchasing if you're serious about conditioning. There's been a lot of talk about him being a fraud or not but believe me, this guy knows how to condition you.
