I can't believe it wasn't ruled a NC on the spot. That absolutely cannot happen IMO. He was whooping him but that illegal shot is what ended it.

That was blatantly intentional, straight up hit him with an opportunistic liver shot when he was down and defenceless and thats almost certainly what kept him down.
